Mark’s Ideapad,
I was looking for an stylish efficient, portable laptop, easy to travel with. After doing my research this fitted the requirements nicely. The delivery was good but I found a small technical hiccup with the machine, the customer service was great and a replacement soon arrived. The laptop is now fully set up installed and working to my spec. It is excellent for internet browsing, holds all my media files and is used for writing and editing my publishing and photography projects. A good easily portable machine…..just one drawback, can Lenovo please redesign the DVD-RW drive opening button I find it very fiddly to operate!

Warning: do not buy,
On the face of it, the Lenovo Z370 seems a great buy. Good specs and at a reasonable price. However, after owning the machine for only two weeks, I opened it up and the screen was blank with a jagged ‘bleed’ across it. Despite having a warranty, opening the lid was regarded as “customer induced damage”. They wouldn’t fix it without charging £233 + VAT. I have since read countless posts on forums in which other owners have experienced exactly the same issues – and the same dreadful customer service. You might be lucky: yours might not break. But do be aware that this has happened to many people.
